About this policy
This policy covers storage and access technologies used by the public marketing site at pullsignaltcg.co.uk. It is limited to the current site implementation, not future retailer storefronts. Our Privacy Notice explains the related personal-data processing.
Current inventory
| Technology | Purpose | Category and duration |
|---|---|---|
| Clerk | Provides the requested retailer-waitlist flow. Clerk controls any authentication or waitlist browser technologies it uses; names and lifetimes vary by its configuration and browser flow. | Necessary for the requested waitlist function. Provider-controlled duration. |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Helps distinguish genuine contact-form submissions from automated abuse. The form loads Turnstile only where the contact form is displayed. | Necessary for form security. The source does not establish fixed names or lifetimes. |
| PullSignal cookie preferences | Records a visitor's cookie choices if they use the settings control. | First-party localStorage, pullsignal_cookie_preferences; 183 days. |
Analytics, marketing and embeds
No analytics, advertising, marketing pixel, social-feed embed or video embed is loaded by the reviewed marketing-site source. The shared consent component includes dormant analytics and marketing preference categories for future use, but no consent-required technology is enabled by that implementation. If this changes, the technology must be assessed and properly consent-gated before it loads.
Your choices
Necessary technologies support a requested function or security and are not switched off through the site controls. You can clear local storage in your browser to remove the preference record. If consent-required technologies are introduced, the site will present an equally prominent accept and reject choice and a way to change preferences. You can also manage cookies and local storage in your browser, although this may affect requested services.
Cloudflare and browser security
Cloudflare hosts the static site and provides Turnstile and the contact Worker. Hosting and security services may process network information to deliver and protect the site. Pre-clearance is not configured by the reviewed Turnstile source, so this policy does not state that a cf_clearance cookie is always set.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy before enabling a new non-essential technology or materially changing its purpose. For questions, email hello@pullsignaltcg.co.uk.
