About PullSignal

What is PullSignal?

PullSignal is a specialist ecommerce platform for independent UK trading card retailers. It replaces your existing online shop with a dedicated storefront on your own domain, bringing your products, stock and online orders together in one place. See how moving your shop works.

Who is PullSignal designed for?

PullSignal is designed for independent UK trading card retailers, particularly physical shops that sell in person and want a professional, connected online store to go alongside their counter sales.

Does PullSignal replace my existing online shop?

Yes. PullSignal is designed to replace your primary ecommerce website rather than sit alongside it as an add-on, while you keep your own domain, branding and business identity. See what makes PullSignal different.

Is PullSignal for consumers looking for stock alerts?

No. PullSignal is being built for retailers who want to sell through their own online shop and manage the work behind it, not for shoppers tracking stock at other retailers.

Which trading card games do you support?

PullSignal is designed to be TCG-wide rather than tied to a single game. Sealed products are our first catalogue focus, singles are planned as a major next product type, and exact catalogue coverage is still being verified as we work with early retailers.

Your online shop

Do I keep my own domain and branding?

Yes. Selected beta retailers connect their existing domain to their PullSignal storefront, and keep their own branding and business identity throughout.

What happens to my existing products and stock?

During managed onboarding, our team helps you set up your product catalogue and configure your stock levels on PullSignal. We don't currently offer an automated import from your existing website, so moving your catalogue across is part of the guided setup process rather than something that happens automatically.

Do I need technical experience to use PullSignal?

No specific technical experience is required. Selected beta retailers receive hands-on managed onboarding to set up their storefront, domain, catalogue, stock, payments and delivery options, with self-service onboarding planned for a later stage of the programme.

How do checkout, payments and customer accounts work?

Shoppers can check out as a guest or by creating a customer account. Payments are made into your own connected payment-provider account, so PullSignal does not hold your funds. Customer accounts also support retailer loyalty, so returning shoppers can earn and track rewards for their purchases.

What UK delivery and Click & Collect options are available?

PullSignal supports UK delivery at a flat rate you configure, alongside free Click & Collect from your store. Additional courier and delivery options are planned for later development.

Products, stock and selling

How does the shared TCG product catalogue work?

PullSignal uses a shared TCG product catalogue so you don't have to create every standard product from scratch. You add catalogue products to your shop and set your own pricing, stock and availability, currently focused on sealed product ranges, with card-level singles support developing in the underlying catalogue.

Can I sell both in-store and online?

Some early retailers already record in-store sales against the same stock as their online store as part of our beta programme, so a sale in one place is reflected in the other. Broader point-of-sale tooling for connecting your shop counter is still planned rather than generally available today.

Is point-of-sale or barcode scanning available yet?

Not yet. Conventional barcode scanning and broader point-of-sale tooling are part of our planned development, not something available in the current beta.

Do I stay in control of my prices, stock and business accounts?

Yes. While we help with setup, you remain in control of your shop's brand, domain and business identity, your own connected payment-provider account and payouts, and your stock, prices and fulfilment decisions.

Early retailer programme

Can my shop apply to the early retailer programme?

Yes. We're accepting applications from independent UK TCG shops. Places are selective because the programme is deliberately small and the platform is still in development. See who the programme is for.

Does applying guarantee a place?

No. We review every application individually, then get in touch where the programme looks like a good fit for both sides.

What does managed onboarding involve?

Our team guides you through setting up your branded storefront, connecting your existing domain, adding your product catalogue, and configuring your stock, payments and delivery options. Selected beta retailers receive this managed support throughout onboarding, while self-service onboarding is planned for a later stage of the programme.

How is retailer feedback collected?

Participating retailers join regular feedback sessions with our team, sharing what's working and what isn't as they use PullSignal day to day. This feedback directly shapes what we prioritise next. See our public roadmap.

Development and future features

What's available in beta today, and what's still planned?

Our early programme currently focuses on a branded storefront, product catalogue and stock, online checkout, UK delivery and Click & Collect, and customer accounts with loyalty. eBay workflows, barcode and POS tooling, deeper singles support, trade-ins and further delivery options are planned for later development. Explore what's available today or see the full roadmap.

Has pricing been announced?

Not yet. We haven't finalised or announced pricing while we work closely with our first retailers, and we won't say onboarding or a subscription is free or paid ahead of that. If pricing matters to your decision to apply, get in touch and our team can talk it through with you directly.
