Roadmap

Where PullSignal is today, and where it's heading.

We're building PullSignal with independent UK TCG retailers, starting with the foundations of a specialist ecommerce platform and expanding its capabilities as we learn from real shops.

Explore what's available during our early beta, what we're currently improving and the capabilities planned for future development.

This roadmap reflects our current direction, not guaranteed release dates or general availability.

Roadmap last reviewed 27 September 2026.

What the status labels mean

Every milestone below carries one of four statuses. We use them consistently across the roadmap so it's clear what you can rely on today versus what's still ahead.

  • Available in beta

Verified as available to selected early retailers today. This does not mean general public availability.

  • In progress

Actively being developed or refined right now.

  • Planned

Part of our intended development direction, but not yet available as a public offering.

  • Exploring

A longer-term idea we are considering, without a confirmed commitment.

The roadmap

We started with the foundations of a retailer-owned online store, and we're expanding outward from there. Priorities can change as we learn from early retailers, so treat the order below as direction, not a fixed sequence.

  1. Milestone 1 · In progress

    Early retailer programme

We're onboarding a small number of independent UK TCG retailers directly, with hands-on setup support and regular feedback shaping what comes next.

    • Applications and retailer fit review
    • Managed onboarding for each new shop
    • Regular feedback sessions with early retailers

Selected retailers work with us directly through setup rather than a fully self-service signup today. Feedback from these conversations directly shapes which of the areas below we prioritise next.

  2. Milestone 2 · Available in beta

    Your branded storefront

A dedicated online store on your own domain, styled with one of three PullSignal themes, is available to retailers in our early programme.

    • Choice of storefront themes
    • Your own connected domain
    • Initial storefront branding and configuration

Early retailers can launch a branded storefront on their own domain today, with a choice of PullSignal themes and initial configuration for their shop.

Deeper page-building and content tools beyond this initial configuration remain in development.

  3. Milestone 3 · Available in beta

    Product catalogue and stock

A shared TCG catalogue with your own pricing and stock levels is available in beta, covering sealed products with growing card-level support.

    • Shared TCG product catalogue
    • Retailer-controlled pricing
    • Stock levels with checkout reservations

Sealed product cataloguing, retailer pricing and stock reservation at checkout are available to early retailers today.

Card-level singles support exists in the underlying catalogue, but a complete singles workflow for retailers is still being developed and is not yet a finished public offering.

  4. Milestone 4 · Available in beta

    Online selling and customer relationships

A full path from browsing to checkout, with your own connected payment account, UK delivery, Click & Collect, and customer loyalty.

    • Checkout with guest purchases
    • Your own connected payment account
    • UK delivery and free Click & Collect
    • Customer accounts and loyalty

Shoppers can check out as a guest or with an account, pay into your own connected payment account, and choose UK delivery or free Click & Collect from your store.

Loyalty rewards spend in retailer-configurable increments, with a simple, private QR customer identifier for recognising returning shoppers in store.

  5. Milestone 5 · In progress

    Improving everyday operations

We're refining order management and fulfilment workflow based directly on what early retailers tell us.

    • Order management for online sales
    • Fulfilment workflow refinements
    • Improvements from early retailer feedback

Order management for online sales already exists for early retailers. We're actively refining fulfilment workflow and day-to-day operational detail based on real feedback, rather than treating this as finished.

  6. Milestone 6 · Planned

    Connecting physical retail

Bringing your shop counter closer to your online stock, including conventional barcode scanning and broader point-of-sale tooling.

    • In-store sales connected to online stock
    • Conventional barcode scanning
    • Broader point-of-sale tooling

Some early retailers already record in-store sales against the same stock as their online store as part of the beta programme.

Conventional barcode-scanner support and broader point-of-sale tooling are planned rather than generally available today.

  7. Milestone 7 · Planned

    Specialist trading card tools

Expanding tools for individual card singles and building trade-in capability for retailers.

    • Deeper singles tooling
    • Customer trade-ins

Singles tooling and trade-ins are part of our intended direction, building on catalogue and stock foundations already in place.

We haven't committed to specific trade-in valuation, grading, payment or store-credit mechanics yet, and none of that is available today.

  8. Milestone 8 · Planned

    Expanding PullSignal

Longer-term direction for reaching more retailers and shoppers as the platform matures.

    • Additional delivery and courier options
    • Self-service onboarding alongside managed setup
    • Further platform direction as we learn from retailers

Additional delivery choices and a self-service path to onboarding are part of our planned direction, alongside the managed setup we offer today.

Other long-term ideas beyond these two remain exploratory and are not commitments.

How we prioritise development

Our priorities are informed by the day-to-day operational needs of independent TCG retailers, by platform reliability, and by direct feedback from the early retailer programme. We don't run a formal voting or feature-request system — instead, the shops we work with closely shape what moves up this list.

Help shape what's next.

Apply to the early retailer programme if you run an independent UK TCG shop and can share practical feedback as the platform develops, or take a closer look at what's already available in beta.
