Terms for using the PullSignal marketing website.

These Website Terms apply to your use of pullsignaltcg.co.uk, including the retailer waitlist and contact form. They do not create a contract for a paid PullSignal retailer service. Any future retailer service agreement, data-processing terms and storefront consumer terms will be provided separately where applicable.

PullSignal is developing managed ecommerce software for independent UK TCG retailers. Website material describes the current direction and early programme. It is informational and is not a promise that a feature, integration, timing, price or service level will be available.

Joining the retailer waitlist registers your interest only. It does not guarantee acceptance, access, a place in a pilot, a particular price, or a paid-services contract. We may contact you about your waitlist registration or enquiry, but you are not subscribed to promotional marketing merely by joining the waitlist.

You may use this website lawfully for genuine information, retailer-interest and contact purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, submit misleading or abusive material, or use automated means to scrape or extract material except where applicable law permits it.

PullSignal and its licensors own the site's original branding, software, design and content. You may not copy, reproduce or use those materials beyond what law permits without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; a reference to a trading-card game, provider or integration does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

The site may link to third-party websites or refer to third-party services. We do not control those sites or services and their own terms and privacy information apply. A reference does not guarantee that an integration is available or suitable for a particular retailer.

We take reasonable care in operating this website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
